But, I do learn that things that may seem irrelevant or small could cause our whole day to become really unproductive. Remember What You Want To Do Have you ever open your phone just to check time or messages from your parents that should've only take a minute, but you postpone those stuff because your finger choose to click the other app? Then you realize that you just spent 2 hours scrolling TikTok non-stop.
Okay, self-control is easier said than done, but you shan't worry since we are not implementing those first.... You can start by muting notifications that are not that important. Then, you can practice self-control by doing what you initially wanted to do when you open your phone. |
